Outside Sales Representative
Malouf Home is growing, and we're looking for sales professionals who want to own their territory and get paid for what they build.
This is a 1099, commission-based role designed for people who don't need hand-holding — just a great product, a real opportunity, and the autonomy to run with it.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and meeting with retail buyers, specialty stores, and wholesale accounts across your territory
- Growing and nurturing an existing customer base
- Identifying new opportunities and connecting the right partners with Malouf's product lines
- Managing your territory independently — you set the pace
What we're looking for
- A relationship-builder who also knows how to hunt for new business
- Strong communicator and self-starter — coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
- Prior outside sales or B2B experience preferred
