- Lead and manage the web design team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web strategies with overall business goals.
- Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and conversion.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in web design and development.
- Proven experience in designing and building D2C websites, particularly using Shopify.
- Strong portfolio showcasing D2C website designs and results-driven projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a web team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
